Reporting Schedule

Parents are invited to meet with class teachers at any stage throughout the year by simply telephoning the main office on 4388 1305 or 4388 1796 to arrange an appointment.


Term 1

Parent/Teacher Information Evenings are organised in the first few weeks of Term One to provide an opportunity for parents to meet their child's new teacher and to find out about particular class and stage requirements for the year ahead. Teachers will also use this initial meeting to let parents know about school procedures and of any curriculum activities that are happening throughout the year.

Term 3

Semester 1 written reports are provided to parents in the first week of Term 3 giving them valuable information on their child's social and work habits, academic achievement and effort in all Key Learning Areas.        

During the term parents are invited to attend a Student led Conference. Student led conferences provide a forum for teachers, students and parents to acknowledge student progress and achievement. In student led conferences, students typically lead by explaining their learning achievements, as well as areas for further improvement. This may include displays of student work across a number of subjects and across the semester. These conferences are an important component of ongoing home-school communication and family involvement within the school. There is an opportunity during the conference for parents and students to discuss their progress with the class teacher.

Term 4

Semester 2 written reports are provided to parents giving them valuable information on their child's progress and academic achievement for the final semester.
